By my curb at 5409 Chesterfield are:

1. Dewalt Cordless Drill (battery won't take a charge)
2. Dovetail Jig (never could figure out how to make it work)
3. Very small grill (never been used)
4. Gas powered hedge trimmer (works, but it has a slow gas leak
somewhere)

All free.

It's all going on craigslist in an hour -- neighbors get a head start.

More coming soon -- spring cleaning is coming a little late this year.

I met with Laura Morrison and Randi Shade this week to talk about their
campaigns for city council. I asked for some yard-signs, and they are
both going to deliver some to me. As long as I'm having them delivered,

The central heat on my house has gone out (again). I've just spent the
past TWO DAYS waiting for ABA Appliance to come to my house to check it
out. They recommended replacing the whole blower unit, saying it would
be only slightly more expensive than fixing this one.

Frankly, these guys seem incompetent. I'm annoyed at waiting for two
days for an appointment, and they are the ones who fixed it the last
time it broke two years ago.

Cindy, I hope to get out Saturday and buy some plants for the Green.
Let me know if there are specific plants you are still looking for.

Annie and I have a very full weekend planned, so I'm afraid we won't
have time to come to the planting or to the block party after.
