Construction on the Wal-Mart at Northcross Mall had halted for a while,
but it has started up again. Now Wal-Mart has released new renderings
for their building.

At one time, they had described this as a "different kind of Wal-Mart,"
designed for a more urban setting. This drawing, of course, shows us
what we knew from the beginning...

Thanks for writing, Sebastian. Your posting came thru just fine. It's
possible that Time Warner's 'road runner' ISP filters out emails
intermittently but that would be hard to prove.

It is possible that your spam filter is filtering out certain people.
I often have problems sending e-mails to austin.rr.com accounts, and I
think they have been filtering out all e-mails from northfieldna.org.

So this e-mail is a test -- let me know if you receive this e-mail.
If you do, we can rule out that problem.

Hi folks

I am working for Lee Leffingwell's campaign for mayor of Austin. If any
of you are supporting him as well and you would like to have a yard
sign, please send me an email.

By my curb at 5409 Chesterfield are:

1. Dewalt Cordless Drill (battery won't take a charge)
2. Dovetail Jig (never could figure out how to make it work)
3. Very small grill (never been used)
4. Gas powered hedge trimmer (works, but it has a slow gas leak
somewhere)

All free.

It's all going on craigslist in an hour -- neighbors get a head start.

More coming soon -- spring cleaning is coming a little late this year.

I met with Laura Morrison and Randi Shade this week to talk about their
campaigns for city council. I asked for some yard-signs, and they are
both going to deliver some to me. As long as I'm having them delivered,
