I want to comment that this new website is really a Blog by an neighbor
within the neighborhood. The blog has a great name and maybe we should
buy it because of that but the official website is a singular site
always referenced in the emails, at the bottom, coming from the NNDL

Correction,

They can only do an absolute maximum of 175 units under the current zoning.
