The Hyde Park NA agrees with Kirsten.

Rather than attend our meeting, they have invited anyone from our
hood to join
a special meeting solely concerning redevelopment of the land on
51st, just East of the Intramural Fields.

Flyers are being done by a HP rep named Andy Jones.

He is including houses North of 51st in the distribution.

Not sure how deep, but at least the adjacent properties.
