Closing arguments in Texas redistricting begin Tuesday

A fight over the redrawing of Texas' political maps is returning to Washington for closing arguments.

At issue is whether the maps drawn by the GOP-dominated Texas Legislature violated the federal Voting Rights Act.

A three judge panel has listened to two weeks of testimony.
