CIA Inspector General's Report Released

Attorney General Eric Holder is appointing a prosecutor to look into the legality of some of the CIA's interrogation of detainees.

The CIA's inspector general said interrogators went beyond what was authorized under Justice Department legal memos, which have since been withdrawn and discredited.

NPR's Dina Temple-Raston talks with Renee Montagne about the report.
