China Expert: Role of Rapid Growth in Quake Damage

The death toll in China's Sichuan province continues to rise after this week's devastating earthquake. Co-host Renee Montagne asks Orville Schell, director of the Center on U.S.-China Relations at the Asia Society, for his take on the province.

Schell says China's rapid economic growth has meant substandard building construction in the region, which may be one reason for the earthquake's damage.
