Carl Icahn to drop Yahoo proxy fight post Microsoft pullout?

With talks between Yahoo and Microsoft called off, don't expect investor activist Carl Icahn to drop his proxy fight against the Internet search pioneer, said one source familiar with the billionaire investor.
