Austin-Bergstrom Just Became the Number One Airport in America

The latest Airport Service Quality passenger survey ranks Austin-Bergstrom International Airport the best airport in North America.

The rankings, performed quarterly, polled over a quarter million passengers at 118 airports worldwide on nearly three dozen service metrics—things like ambiance, cleanliness, waiting area comfort, and shopping/dining facilities all were factored in.

Worldwide, ABIA came in second place among airports with between 5-15 million annual passengers, topped by Hyderabad and ahead of Cancun.
