Analysts Debate al-Qaida's Strength

More than six years after al-Qaida was routed from its bases in Afghanistan, intelligence analysts debate whether Osama bin Laden's terror network has recovered from the setbacks it suffered.

Some analysts say al-Qaida is a shell of what it once was, but U.S. intelligence officials are not so sure.
